Vietnamese Marinade

A versitile Vietnamese inspired marinade that can be used for pork, beef or chicken (or just add to vegetables or tofu).

Ingredients

1/2 Red Onion, chopped
1 tbsp Minced Garlic
2 tbsp White Sugar
1 tbsp Fish Sauce
1/2 tbsp Kecap Manis
1 tsp Black Pepper
2 tbsp Peanut Oil

Add 1/2 tsp of Chilli powder if you like it a bit spicy!

Blend all ingredients in food processor. Marinate meat for at least 4 hours.
